ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA — American House Senior Living Communities, one of the country’s largest owners and operators of senior living communities, and co-developer Prevarian Senior Living, a senior housing developer, are pleased to announce the groundbreaking of the latest senior living project in St. Petersburg, Florida.
American House St. Petersburg, which will be located on the corner of 9th Avenue and 66th Street, will feature 165 units and offer independent living, assisted living and memory care services in a resort-style setting.
Once opened, the community will be operated by American House Senior Living Communities, and will become the company’s 9th senior housing community in Florida.
