After a dozen years as General Counsel and Chief Investment Officer for a major Dallas real estate investment firm, Dodd joined Prevarian in 2010 to oversee our Seniors Housing division which resulted in multiple communities across four States. Dodd oversees investment underwriting, finance, and development. His experience is diverse, including general office, surgery centers, hospitals, medical office, retail, and hospitality investments operations and real estate.

Dodd has a Bachelor of Arts from Washington and Lee University and a Juris Doctor from SMU Law School.
